The first amendment.

Okay, this is a brand new forum and thus will have a new way of working. now seeing as this is the first time i've run an admin, i'm going to allow everyone a chance to make their own rules. If they are reasonable and i like them i'll add them to the rules. If they are ridiculous then they will be dismissed.
